Hmmm... time really flies... is it me or is it that this year really passes really fast... i still cant get over the fact that i've been in mj for coming to 4 months!
I'm sad to say that I'm still adjusting and struggling with jc life... or is it council is just such a busy cca?
Oh wells, since i've made that decision and commitment i must live with it no matter how tough the going gets.. yea..
Lets see... what are some of the stuff i've gone... pardon since majority is abt council:p
1. AJ band concert (limelight)- In midst of the busy schedule.. I was really glad that i made that choice to attend my bestie's very last concert, indeed, i've distressed myself by soaking in the melodious pieces they've performed.. with the companion of gen:)
2.Hwa Chong Investiture- Its quite interesting to go to one of the top colleges in singapore and have an idea of how their SC is run, their different departments. Indeed their investiture was quite different from ours, much more informal and one thing i really applaud them is how close the seniors were with the juniors.. yea...
3.MJC dance concert ushering- The fellow EIGHTS who went for the ushering seriously had loads of fun ushering especially camwhoring.. lols... Being back at RP seriously reminded me of the great time i had during TJ dance concert:) At the same time i was really glad to see veron.. i guess i miss her too much..
4. Numerous soccer training- missing lessons to cheer for our sch team has its pros and cons.. hahaha.. thats up to how one thinks:p Though we faced a lot of criticisms and obstacles but 8th SC... i'm proud that we've all overcome them as one! Just look at the overall cheering sessions during the boys soccer finals.. we did it well:) Congrats to MJ soccer and floorball boys team for being CHAMPIONS!!!!
5. Leadership Training Conference (part 1)- We're introduced to our camp mates through this small session... a few that i've known... like alicia and agnes but i've met new leaders and i'm really excited for the camp. I've also gained some valuable lessons from this conference through the five practices: model the way, inspired a shared vision, challenge the process, enable others to act, encouraging the heart:)
I miss everything about you...
