hmmm.. 2 days of sch hav passed after the june holidays...ohh yes.. congrates to all the trainee councillors who r confirmed=) next, with the H1N1 flu going on.. there's no assembly... singing of national athem and pledge taking was done in class.. not forgeting temp taking... ysd.. danielle and i were assigned with the task of going around to the whole sch to distribute some notice to the teachers.. i took the lower sec while jaja took the other half of the sch.. climbing up to the highest level was tiring.. nt mentioning running up left me breathless... first class: 101... was curious to see a few ppl standing outside class.. went in... smiling.. greeted the teachers.. apparently.. its seriously not a good time to do such stuff cos the PA system was blasting with announcements... i've got to repeat myself 3 times to mr seetow on what he's supposed to do.. apparently.. we couldnt hear each other clearly.. so we juz stood there laughing..lol.. not forgetting i was trying to catch my breath and speaking loudly and clearly was difficult.. plus projecting my voice to the class with the PA system overpowering mine.. thank god he's there to help.. his voice is much much louder than mine.. haha.. repeated the same process to all 14 classes.. one word to describe the process: tiring. Lessons were alright.. i managed to survive all of them =) i even made a goal to do revision on wats taught each day.. hopefully this would be effective in pulling my grades up =) Lastly.. i'm not gonna give up chem!
O level CL oral is on the 10th... i'm not prepared.. i seriously need to start my revision on CL soon! most probably over the weekend... yup... tats all for now...
hello hello.. feel so refreshed after a 3h sleep... juz came back from class camp.. it was fun.. i've seriously seen a different side of many of our classmates.. haha.. some.. the barbarian side while others the playful side of it=) well.. its a 2 days 1 night camp.. but it seriously hav left my body aching.. but i dont mind goin for another camp if there's any in the future.
Day 1: Reported to sch at 7.45. Went off to the gym to put our bags down but we moved to the music rm later due to ants crisis.. haha. Games for 1 h.. played the hunter, fire, earthquake game, plus blanket game.. where the class was split into 2 group and each grp had to send a rep. up to the blanket.. and the first person who calls out the name of the person from the other grp wins and the process repeats. Next, off to east coast park.. veron and i took the double bike and juz cycled aound.. gosh its tiring.. but fun.. the weather was great... lunch was pizza from pizza hut.. next.. study session for 2hr.. more games.. the class was once again split into different group.. was in the same grp as kalpana, deng yun and bing xin=) and we're given a list of items to find eg. 5 cent coin of 1993, more than $67.90 reciept and the duration was 1 and a half hour.. gosh kalpana and i ran lik mad from the market and then all over her neighbourhood in old airport road and then on the way back to sch.. but our running was worth as we came in 2nd=) water games was next... basically was an obstacle course.. 1st station: throw mashmellows into ur grp members' mouth, 2nd station: passing of water bombs, 3rd: digging ur face into a plate of flour to find sweets (gosh.. tat was yucky) the next few hours was spent throwing buckets of water and flour at each other.. even at miss koh.. cos apparently she threw flour all over my back! but it was fun=D cleaned up the whole area.. tiring... carried dunno how many buckets of water... bbq dinner... amanda and i were the food inspectors! haha... i juz love poking the chicken wings to check if they're cooked.. plus we got advantages cos we get all the freshest food=) the salad was great.. ohhh.. i love the dessert.. banana with chocolate! yummy! bathing time... omg... at one time veron and i heard some guy singing in the middle of the night.. we totally freaked out cos its lik quite late at abt 10+ Eating competition- it was hilarious.. my grp was totally uncivilised.. cos the competition was the grp tat gave the cleanest watermelon shell wins and we're only given 5min to eat a huge slice of watermelon.. my grp totally juz put our whole mouth into it.. and with all the juice spilling out! haha! this was lik the messiest fruit meal i ever had! Night walk- was in the same grp with amanda and abigail.. we juz scare ourselves for no reason... even a lizard crawl by we juz scream! Movie Marathon- watched a cinderella story plus what a girl wants... in the middle of the 2nd video i alr fell asleep.. haha!
2nd day- bathe, breakfast was macs.. played board games with rebecca, rebekah and veron.. then went to the NUS Anatomy Museum.. it was cool... seeing real human specimens.. debrief and home sweet home=)
Hi hi.. juz came back from another citizenship ceremony held at marine parade.. i seriously think that this is my last one.. becos of Os.. well.. tats sad.. but well i had fun... except for the 2nd session.. will elaborate more on tat..
hmm... lets talk abt ysd studying session with bestie.. its effective.. we sat on the floor for lik 3hr plus doin hw.. physics, e maths, a maths plus ss... for the first time during holidays i'm able to do work for more than 2hr... had fun.. gave us a chance to catch up.. plus thank u zhou tian for ur video... love it! i'm still waiting for u to send it to me...
MPCC today was fun... but i was sad cos we didnt get to do the packing plus.. there's no tour to promote..:( it was purely ushering but it was alright..daniel was funny as usual.. forever making me laugh and as usual he forgot my name.. hmph... but he seemed much serious this time.. or is it my own opinion... haha.. nvm...danielle, jacqueline and i were laughing at some family which apparently brought all of their member.. so there were 10 of them and they all occupied the chairs for tat table.. wow... and there's one angmoh guy who was so act cool... so annoying.. but a lot of ppl found him good looking.. dots... later went around with some guy with danielle to make sure that everything was alright.. but overall the afternoon session went quite smoothly... buffet was a bit of disappointment cos there's no chocolate fundae:( Night session was a bit more hectic.. cos at first we ushered the guests to the correct tables.. but then the table no. were not arranged according to the evening ceremony.. so we hav to shift all the guests to the correct tables.. next smth super scary happened.. well.. here how it goes.. i wanted to pass a piece of paper to daniel and suddenly smth from the roof (i think its the covering of the lamp) fell off and hit daniel on his head.. i was lik shocked for 3sec... gosh super scary and dangerous.. and he still can say its lik having a hard massage.. dots.. my mind seriously juz went blanked out for lik 3sec... or more.. i would hav stared at the whole senario even longer if some guest didnt ask me a question... but he seemed to hav a phobia of tat thing.. haha.. who wouldnt? the night ushering is so much more competitive becos olvia and some other person was having some competition of seeing who usher more ppl... sigh oh sigh....followed the guy alone cos felicia left me half way... hmph! helped out at photograph booth.. then buffet once more with a photo taken with the guest of honour...

wohooo... its my birthday! though it doesnt feel lik one partly because we still hav to go to sch and do council duties such gate duty with an unpleasant experience today...hmph.. oh well.. but i'm still happy overall!
Lessons was not too bad... maths lessons was fun! we learnt probability and mrs chua used really creative ideas to teach this chapt.. esp. when she tried to ask ppl to use apparently her son's toy bow and arrow to shoot the white board.. but no one actually shot it right.. and the whole class juz went laughing the whole time.. esp. at shreya! EL was alright... we watched a debate.. it was kinda interesting.. wish could hav more of such lessons...
After sch went out with veron, felicia and Irwina... went to eastpoint... i seriously think i've got a much better impression of tat place.. the sakae there rocks cos there's lik very few ppl there=)... felicia surprised me from buying a disney cup at popular asking me wat i lik and pretended tat she was looking for a present for her mom.. haha... she totally fooled me... i lik the challenger there.. the sims there was on offer! then veron and jaja bought my long wanted sims game for me=D... i lik the bakery there too... the cookie tasted yummy... ohhh.. the best of all was the pet safari... cute animals makes me happy=)... they're sooo adorable!!! I love the maltese... it kept on playing with me! i wish i could own it... but unfortunately i cant... oh well.. today's an enjoyable day.. thank u to all those who made my birthday a special one=)

This year's KC family day wasnt as fun as the past 3 years... partly becos being sec 4s we're not involved in the selling part becos of chinese Os... we serve our role as customers... went with zhou tian to sch... gosh its super crowded... and super hot... i think the earth is seriously suffering from global warming.. every single day its lik 34 degree celcius... gosh.. ok back to family day... had a great time there... i love the ben & jerry's ice cream... best food for the day! next hang out with jaja plus her sis... her sis seriously rocks! she practically listens to me and does watever i asks her to=D... hint hint *wat game do you wanna play? COOLWALK GAME!* haha!
Omg.. one O level subject is finally down... chinese! i seriously hope tat i would receive satisfying results in august.. through i feel tat i could hav done better for compo... but oh well.. its over... tmr is my birthday! but i still hav to return to sch for lessons.. sad right? but thank god i dont hav any SPA on tat day.. must really thank all the physics teachers for arranging it on wed=) looked forward to sakae-ing with veron + felicia!
