Okays, I'm in the mood for blogging! Hahas! Been enjoying too much good food that I've gained weight!!! >.
Sat was my 5th wk closure at Kumon, met up with a couple of
councillors, though I wish more had came.. but its hard to meet everyone
and accomodate to every single one of their schedule, and yeap.. Adrian
planned too late.. we wanted to go Teoheng but it was fully booked. So
we went to Minds at Prinsep st, somewhere near Bras Basah. Played a
couple of games, like saboteur, some complicated game that Johnston and
Junjie tried to introduce to us and the few of us like Mich, erika and I
totally didnt get how to play the game! Hahas! The game we had most fun
with was Jenga! We're like super pro, okay, i'm not self-praising, but
we managed to build up to 31 stories of blocks, without causing them to
fall! The ppl at the next table were like staring at our masterpiece!
After Minds, we went to this sabu steamboat sushi restaurant. Gosh, the guys can really eat! Its like I'll take this plate of sushi, and in less than 15min its all gone! Including the one piece i wanted to eat-.- and it happened twice!! The food was okay, though one sushi tasted weird, seems to me that their salmon wasnt fresh... After dinner, we went to walk ard, and we eventually ended up doing most of the talking when we're standing up, like somewhere near the taxi stand.
On tue I had another gathering with gd food! Elaine, veron, woman and I met up for dinner at the pizzahut at siglap cos they had the 1-for-1 deal(: Catched up, laughed and the usuals.. Elaine bought me this cute hello kitty box with hello kitty notes inside, so sweet of her(: We're like planning this exercise outing, seriously need to exercise!!
Wed, Veron and I met up to enjoy our 1-for-1 deal at Manhattan's Fish market, they have this cheese fish and chips thats on promotion, i see why I'm putting on weight.... but I love the dish! I seriously thinking of going there for the 2nd time! But i shall resist this sinful temptation! :P Ohh! I also love their drink! I think its called cala cala or cara cara? Hahah! Its like this sour drink, I think its lime with soda(:
Thur, met up with Shreya, Grace and Joanne! Its like finally, the 4 of us met up! Been whatsapping each other and cancelling dates last min, cos ppl arent available! But ysd, we finally met up!! :D My dear table partners! The feeling was awesome! Especially when we started reminiscing our sec sch days! And we all realise, all of us seriously didnt change! Shreya and Joanne still quarrel and fight like how they use to when they sat next to each other! Grace and I would just be entertained by their conflicts by sitting behind them in class! Hahahas! The only spoiler was the weird feeling in my stomach, probably due to the too spicy black pepper noodles I had, totally regretted ordering it, I only ate half of it! Its like more peperish than pepper lunch -.-
Today I had my driving module 2 evaluation, I was like a bit nervous when my instructor told me the day before that I would be having my evaluation today, never expect it to be today cos i tot i would take 2 lessons to master U-turn. And wohoo.. i passed my evaluation! A sense of accomplishment when i managed my narrow courses which is the S-course and crank course without striking or mounting kerb! :D And I finally move off smooth on a gradient/slope(: I went down to the centre like twice, cos when i enquire after my lessons to book my pract test, they gave me a time slot that is during the bus lane period and morning rush hour, so i rejected it. Went down the 2nd time after my SMU talk and after i collected my medical report at tamp. The 2nd time, i got a better timing! On the 18th of Aug, sat at 11.45-12.30! Hopefully the traffic will be smooth since the factories at Ubi area would not be opened(:
The SMU CIP talk that I went with Zulaiha was fine, we're introduced like to a whole variety of CIP opportunities in SMU, I'm interested in a few! But I dont think i can go for their programmes either due to work or my driving lessons... so oh wells...

Yes, I'm wide awake despite having a cough and flu! haiz... I was all healthy at the start of the week! On mon, Ranice, Erika and Siew Yan even played badminton for 3h! I never played badminton for such a long time!! Siew Yan and Erika are like the better players! While Ranice and I are....... hahahas! It was great great fun! Esp when i see Siew Yan criticising Ranice hitting the shuttlecock backwards!! So cute!! Siew Yan is also very nice! She gave me her own badminton training, hitting like 5 or more shuttlecocks consecutively and experting me to hit back! And throughout the whole session, she was giving me feedback on how i can play better! Such a sweet girl! And she gave me the lighter racket while she took the heavier one(:(: We shld have more badminton sessions before we go uni, but shorter duration?? Hahas! I was seriously hungry immediately after the badminton, so we went downtown to eat mee sua! After lunch, we went to pasir ris park cos sy wanted to catch crab??? Hahahas! I didnt know there's so much to see until u really observe the nature ard us... I went there once, but i dont recall seeing so much! (:(:
After that day, my whole body was seriously aching like mad! I feel like some old woman, not being able to walk fast and my right hand totally didnt have any strength! This is the result of not exercising after a long period of time... seriously, i think the only exercise i did was sit-ups and running after buses:P
Tue, met up with woman for dinner at parkway! Cos woman needed to pass me a couple of stuff i ordered from gmarket! (:( Woman also bought this cute beary iphone cover from gmarket, I loved it.. its like a cute teddy bear! Was so reluctant to return it to her! :P

Ate at mosburger cos i feel like eating their rice burger. After dinner we just shopped ard.. and I was telling woman that i need to cut down my food expenditure and I was more willing to spend on clothes, shoes and bags! And I was right! I happen to see this nice dress at Valerie and bought it after trying(:(: Woman scolded me that my plan to save never worked:P
Ysd, was like a super packed day for me! Had driving in the morning cos I mistakenly saw the date wrongly and I tot was a fri and booked a morning lesson~ Luckily my boss was nice enough and allowed me to report to work later... but when I reached the centre she actually tot it was my driving pract. test! oops! Hahas!

After work, took a straight bus all the way from Braddel mrt to changi village terminal... turns out i was one of the earliest. And i totally didnt know how to get to the civil service club from there! So i decided to use my nokia GPS! I didnt know that device was so amazing! It even have a voice to tell me which direction to turn to! Hahas! After i figured out how to get there while waiting for ying ting.. Both of us could easily find our way there! When we reached the Thaipan restaurant, we saw toby and Mr lim! Havent seen Mr Lim for super super long time! Was so happy to see both of them there! Settled down and as usual, our class ppl are always late! I shld have told them that I reserved a table at 6 instead of 7! :P Alicia came in after a few min cos she cabbed there! Then when we're all tired of waiting for the rest, we decided to order food first! Mr Wong came in next and sat next to me! He's super funny! He kept criticising the 'earthquake' cos I think the restaurant's flooring is a bit lousy? Cos when ppl run or walk across.. we can feel the vibrations! hahas! Soon the rest finally arrived! Had loads of fun catching up, camwhoring! Like the one above! :P The teachers joined us too! I just love that pic, cos we all look so happy and smiley!! 10S403 are really a sweet bunch cos Ping Hao, gracy, xf came in late cos they actually bought a cake to celebrate yt and my bday! Such a sweet bunch of girls!(: After dinner, we went to stroll ard the area and yeaps.. thats our gathering! 10S403! Have more gatherings and reunions kays! Book the pretty and nice nice chalet there for our next gathering kays!! Thank you for the wonderful evening guys! (:
I'm a happy girl!! (: Hahas.. sry this may sound random... but today is the first day that I'm actually satisfied with my driving! (: Most of the time, I will come home thinking why did i make such a simple mistake, why havent i improve from the previous time... but today I'm satisfied(:(:(:
I got a new instructor cos the current one wasnt feeling well or had something on... so I got this new bubbly, outgoing instructor! I feel really less tense and today is seriously the first time I got praised! :D:D
And I faced my fear! And overcomed it! :D I seriously hate doing the narrow S curve! Well, its basically this narrow path in the shape of the letter S! And the tendency of me mounting the kerb or knocking into them is super high! But today the instructor asked me to try out the S curve again and I successfuly drove in it without mounting any kerb! Seriously I was super happy! A sense of accomplishment!! :D:D
Guess I'm one step nearing to getting my licence!
Finally have the time to settle down and blog! Firstly, from the bottom of my heart- thank you to all the birthday wishes through sms, whatsapp (yes, I finally downloaded whatsapp), call and facebook! Indeed, I really feel loved on that special day. It was awesome meeting and knowing all of u! (:(:
The day before my actual birthday, celebrated with my parents for lunch. Before I went out, Von came over to pass me the econs notes I've lent her and treated me some beancurd(: Thanks Von! After that, my parents bought me to some Cantonese restaurant in Chinatown(: We had a couple of dim sum, some chrispy noodle and a few other dishes(: We then went to plaza sing! I was so excited when I saw they had some kind of Dinosaur exhibition! Was so excited! I think I've got a thing for Dinosaurs! (: There were like a lot of kids waiting for their turn to take photo with the Dinosaurs! At that moment, i seriously feel like a kid!
On the actual day, met Adrian and Danielle at Comfort Del Gro for our etrial before the FTT! Adrian was seriously blur! He booked the wrong etrial timing on that day and was stopped by the officer when he was abt the enter the test rm with us! :P His etrial was the slot after Danielle and mine! Hahahas! Seems to me army made him all tired and blur! :P So he just accompanied us for a while before going home to sleep(: Sometimes, I'm so glad i'm a girl:P Went for our etrial, and yessss!!! Both of us passed!!! Woman was so pro! Full marks lor!!! I got 1 wrong:( But i did improve as compared to BTT(: We then made our way to I12 Katong to meet Veron! We settled for Soup Spoon for lunch since they had their family deal! The portions are really huge!! None of us finished the soup and bread! Ohh! Veron, presented me this photo thingy they did for me! So sweet of them!
Veron and woman also bought for me this small mango yoghurt cake cos I happen to mention to them i wanted to try how a yoghurt cake tastes like! (: We went to katong shopping centre cos woman booked a rm at 3 for us to go crazy!! I went to visit Mr Fong first while they go to the rm first. Chatted with him a bit and he was telling me how he wants to design a game to engage his students more to be interested in maths and he purposely bought the board game Risk to try out if its possible to put learning elements into the game. Such a dedicated teacher(: Joined Veron and woman at the Teo Heng, we seriously went crazy! I think its Veron's first time seeing me all crazy! We sang our fav heat song, which bought back a lot of memories from our lower sec days! :P Veron also sang her chinese songs! And I picked like songs like International love while woman complained abt my clubbing nature! :P I'm seriously not a clubber! I just love upbeat music and bopping my head while listening to it! 3hr of Teo Heng was seriouly not enough!
We walked back to Parkway to buy Sushi and other food for our dinner at ECP! And ECP was crowded on sat evening! We settled on the sand with our picnic mat, took photos, and just talk while enjoying the breeze! Ohh! It was full moon that day too! Such a nice sight! And i think it was during the high tide period. We're afraid that the water level would rise so we shifted to this bench. As it was alr nightime, we didnt see that there's like a whole colony of red ants under us! We only realise it when Danielle put her feet down and was bitten! That scene was super funny! Its like our legs were all up and we're so afraid to go down... i got the image like we're in a stranded small island surrounded by sharks.. when its only red ants -.- So we walked back to parkway and found a bench to sit and enjoy our sushi in peace! What a day! Though it wasnt perfect becos of the ants! But, I never regret spending the day with my 2 lovelies!
On Sun, met up with amanda aka laamber! She calls me Dohoto! Where these names come abt? Hahas! It goes back all the way to lower sec! Hahas! That girl is going UCLA! I'm excited and sad for her at the same time! I know UCLA is like a gd uni but she's gonna be so far away from me!! :(:( But the gd thing is that she can help me to buy Jason chen stuff with lower shipping fee!! (:(: But laamber! I still love u more that Jason Chen kays<3 So we went to watch MIB3 tgt! Laamber is such a sweet girl! Despite watching the movie with her family alr... cos someone forgot that she's supposed to watch with me... she still offered to watch me cos i really really want to watch MIB! Luckily I have the POSB debit card, so there's discount! The initial price was $11.50, but we only have to pay $9! Awesome! (: MIB was seriously beyond awesome! I love the touching ending at the end! Catch it if u have the time! Its better than the first and second one! (:(: We then bought food, consisting of burgers from Mosburger, apple pie and criss cross fries from Macs! Took MRT to botanic gardens! I wanted to go to the swan lake which is the other end of the entrance, thinking I'll get to see swans there! Hahas! So laamber and I walked through the whole garden and the weather was seriously hot! Even though its evening! When we reached the Swan Lake we didnt see any swans! We felt so cheated! But as we walk closer we saw like 3 swans! So we decided to settle for a bench! We walked to the shady area of the pond but couldnt find anywhere! Hahahas! Laamber was like abt to throw a fit! Luckily i spotted a bench on the other side of the pond! But we have to walk around the entire lake! We're like so scared someone will steal our bench and get there faster! (typical s'poreans) So we're like brisk walking and rushing there! That moment was so funny! When we reached there we're like sweating like mad! :P The rest of the time was spent talking, taking photos and being all unhappy and deleting them, eventually, finally satisfied with a few with them. :P We left the place when laamber felt there's mosquitoes flying ard us! Boarded a bus to dhoby ghaut! Went shoe shopping, since I didnt manage to find a pair that i really like! Found this oxford shoes with a bit of heels at Mimosa! Was a happy girl then(: Reached home and opened laamber's present for me! Its this weekly schedule! Plus a card, disney keychain from Tokyo disneyland! So sweet of her! Thank u my dear laamber/ mitochondrion! :P Will miss u badly! Must Must meet up again kay!! Cos u dont let ur dear dohoto/ haemoglobin send u off:(:(

So she can pass me the hello kitty bag she bought for me ^-^ And buy body shop stuff! And buy jeans!!
Reached home and I found 2 letters that are addressed to me! 1 from Maybank! Wohooo! Finally got my 1st credit card! :D:D Can enjoy benefits such as 1-for-1 movie tickets from cathay, 1-for-1 zouk entrance tickets! And the other letter is from MJC! Notifying me that I'm awarded the college's service distinction award(: Yays! Another opportunity to see many of the 8ths and other Meridians(:(:

And I faced my fear! And overcomed it! :D I seriously hate doing the narrow S curve! Well, its basically this narrow path in the shape of the letter S! And the tendency of me mounting the kerb or knocking into them is super high! But today the instructor asked me to try out the S curve again and I successfuly drove in it without mounting any kerb! Seriously I was super happy! A sense of accomplishment!! :D:D

Finally have the time to settle down and blog! Firstly, from the bottom of my heart- thank you to all the birthday wishes through sms, whatsapp (yes, I finally downloaded whatsapp), call and facebook! Indeed, I really feel loved on that special day. It was awesome meeting and knowing all of u! (:(:
The day before my actual birthday, celebrated with my parents for lunch. Before I went out, Von came over to pass me the econs notes I've lent her and treated me some beancurd(: Thanks Von! After that, my parents bought me to some Cantonese restaurant in Chinatown(: We had a couple of dim sum, some chrispy noodle and a few other dishes(: We then went to plaza sing! I was so excited when I saw they had some kind of Dinosaur exhibition! Was so excited! I think I've got a thing for Dinosaurs! (: There were like a lot of kids waiting for their turn to take photo with the Dinosaurs! At that moment, i seriously feel like a kid!
On the actual day, met Adrian and Danielle at Comfort Del Gro for our etrial before the FTT! Adrian was seriously blur! He booked the wrong etrial timing on that day and was stopped by the officer when he was abt the enter the test rm with us! :P His etrial was the slot after Danielle and mine! Hahahas! Seems to me army made him all tired and blur! :P So he just accompanied us for a while before going home to sleep(: Sometimes, I'm so glad i'm a girl:P Went for our etrial, and yessss!!! Both of us passed!!! Woman was so pro! Full marks lor!!! I got 1 wrong:( But i did improve as compared to BTT(: We then made our way to I12 Katong to meet Veron! We settled for Soup Spoon for lunch since they had their family deal! The portions are really huge!! None of us finished the soup and bread! Ohh! Veron, presented me this photo thingy they did for me! So sweet of them!
Veron and woman also bought for me this small mango yoghurt cake cos I happen to mention to them i wanted to try how a yoghurt cake tastes like! (: We went to katong shopping centre cos woman booked a rm at 3 for us to go crazy!! I went to visit Mr Fong first while they go to the rm first. Chatted with him a bit and he was telling me how he wants to design a game to engage his students more to be interested in maths and he purposely bought the board game Risk to try out if its possible to put learning elements into the game. Such a dedicated teacher(: Joined Veron and woman at the Teo Heng, we seriously went crazy! I think its Veron's first time seeing me all crazy! We sang our fav heat song, which bought back a lot of memories from our lower sec days! :P Veron also sang her chinese songs! And I picked like songs like International love while woman complained abt my clubbing nature! :P I'm seriously not a clubber! I just love upbeat music and bopping my head while listening to it! 3hr of Teo Heng was seriouly not enough!
We walked back to Parkway to buy Sushi and other food for our dinner at ECP! And ECP was crowded on sat evening! We settled on the sand with our picnic mat, took photos, and just talk while enjoying the breeze! Ohh! It was full moon that day too! Such a nice sight! And i think it was during the high tide period. We're afraid that the water level would rise so we shifted to this bench. As it was alr nightime, we didnt see that there's like a whole colony of red ants under us! We only realise it when Danielle put her feet down and was bitten! That scene was super funny! Its like our legs were all up and we're so afraid to go down... i got the image like we're in a stranded small island surrounded by sharks.. when its only red ants -.- So we walked back to parkway and found a bench to sit and enjoy our sushi in peace! What a day! Though it wasnt perfect becos of the ants! But, I never regret spending the day with my 2 lovelies!
On Sun, met up with amanda aka laamber! She calls me Dohoto! Where these names come abt? Hahas! It goes back all the way to lower sec! Hahas! That girl is going UCLA! I'm excited and sad for her at the same time! I know UCLA is like a gd uni but she's gonna be so far away from me!! :(:( But the gd thing is that she can help me to buy Jason chen stuff with lower shipping fee!! (:(: But laamber! I still love u more that Jason Chen kays<3 So we went to watch MIB3 tgt! Laamber is such a sweet girl! Despite watching the movie with her family alr... cos someone forgot that she's supposed to watch with me... she still offered to watch me cos i really really want to watch MIB! Luckily I have the POSB debit card, so there's discount! The initial price was $11.50, but we only have to pay $9! Awesome! (: MIB was seriously beyond awesome! I love the touching ending at the end! Catch it if u have the time! Its better than the first and second one! (:(: We then bought food, consisting of burgers from Mosburger, apple pie and criss cross fries from Macs! Took MRT to botanic gardens! I wanted to go to the swan lake which is the other end of the entrance, thinking I'll get to see swans there! Hahas! So laamber and I walked through the whole garden and the weather was seriously hot! Even though its evening! When we reached the Swan Lake we didnt see any swans! We felt so cheated! But as we walk closer we saw like 3 swans! So we decided to settle for a bench! We walked to the shady area of the pond but couldnt find anywhere! Hahahas! Laamber was like abt to throw a fit! Luckily i spotted a bench on the other side of the pond! But we have to walk around the entire lake! We're like so scared someone will steal our bench and get there faster! (typical s'poreans) So we're like brisk walking and rushing there! That moment was so funny! When we reached there we're like sweating like mad! :P The rest of the time was spent talking, taking photos and being all unhappy and deleting them, eventually, finally satisfied with a few with them. :P We left the place when laamber felt there's mosquitoes flying ard us! Boarded a bus to dhoby ghaut! Went shoe shopping, since I didnt manage to find a pair that i really like! Found this oxford shoes with a bit of heels at Mimosa! Was a happy girl then(: Reached home and opened laamber's present for me! Its this weekly schedule! Plus a card, disney keychain from Tokyo disneyland! So sweet of her! Thank u my dear laamber/ mitochondrion! :P Will miss u badly! Must Must meet up again kay!! Cos u dont let ur dear dohoto/ haemoglobin send u off:(:(
Went out with ZT for dinner!! Met her at Parkway since she works there! Ate at Ichiban Boshi! At first I couldnt find where the restaurant was located! Seriously fail! -.- Call marine parade my territory..... sigh... Anw, chatted with her abt uni, her HP outing, and a lot of other stuff! Just cant recall! Meeting up with her again!! So she can pass me the hello kitty bag she bought for me ^-^ And buy body shop stuff! And buy jeans!!
Reached home and I found 2 letters that are addressed to me! 1 from Maybank! Wohooo! Finally got my 1st credit card! :D:D Can enjoy benefits such as 1-for-1 movie tickets from cathay, 1-for-1 zouk entrance tickets! And the other letter is from MJC! Notifying me that I'm awarded the college's service distinction award(: Yays! Another opportunity to see many of the 8ths and other Meridians(:(:
Ohh! Lastly, saw Jason Chen upload another cover on my birthday! Was so happy! I just go awwww.... when i watch the video:P so enjoy(:(:(:

Thur, met up with Shreya, Grace and Joanne! Its like finally, the 4 of us met up! Been whatsapping each other and cancelling dates last min, cos ppl arent available! But ysd, we finally met up!! :D My dear table partners! The feeling was awesome! Especially when we started reminiscing our sec sch days! And we all realise, all of us seriously didnt change! Shreya and Joanne still quarrel and fight like how they use to when they sat next to each other! Grace and I would just be entertained by their conflicts by sitting behind them in class! Hahahas! The only spoiler was the weird feeling in my stomach, probably due to the too spicy black pepper noodles I had, totally regretted ordering it, I only ate half of it! Its like more peperish than pepper lunch -.-
