Went to the driving centre at ubi with danielle and adrian for our basic theory test! The test was okay... though there were some tricky questions but all of us passed! Awesome! Registered for our probational driving licence that will allow us to drive in the circuits and on the roads with an instructor next to us. It also means we can drive! :D Registered and book our test date for our final theory test which is on my birthday:( I think passing the ftt will be like a gd present to me on that day! haha!
Lunch at parkway, then adrian went of earlier so woman and i went to sogurt to satisfy for my craving for it! I just love the lychee flavour! plus the deco there! its soo nice! :D We both made a deal that if we both do well for As, we must go there to celebrate and eat all we want! Hahas! Woman came over to my house to do cover, which sounds okay.... though there r parts that we went out of tune a bit? But it was super fun esp. when we switch tone!
Next, dinner at Thaipan with elaine and veron!! 2nd time going there! The food still taste as gd as ever! I just love the butter sotong and cereal chicken!! Had a great time catching up with elaine! Got info on how is it like to work in the customer service sector! And she's working at IRAS! Gives me an opportunity to find out more shld i consider working there in the future... sad that she has to leave earlier for her chinese lessons:( Hopefully we'll meet soon! Which is on NUS/NTU open house dates!
Ahh... As results are out on fri! :( Ohhh.. pls let me get into NUS FASS! Hopefully all goes well! Everything is fated and will happen for a reason... but i just cant stop my mind from thinking abt it! Such an antagonising wait:( I just hope my dad's prediction is accurate like how it is most of the time... Anyways... was super addicted to this song! I realised how i could barely survive with less than 5 hours of sleep>.< i was dozing off 3 times while marking today.. sighs.. Anyways.. my dad got me a new hello kitty from the arcade toy vending machine after like 20plus tries! Cos he could sense i really love this toy... just love the unconditional love my parents have for me<3 Gonna hug it and have it by my side everynight. Had numerous dinners.. one with my p6 classmates on tue.. i miss the gd old times.. its like everyone hasnt change and we're having steamboat at shalin's house and reminiscing the days spent at KCP:) How retarded and innocent we were.. hahas!
Today, dinner with adrian and the rest, gd to meet up after i missed the opportunity last sat. Hopefully, we'll have more and longer meet-ups in the future.. see how it goes...

Finally after 2 years, Veron, Danielle and i celebrated V day tgt! Celebrating V day tgt brings back many memories of that special day in KC! V day was like a special occasion esp. for students in a girls' sch to give hand-made presents, candies, chocolates and sweet messages! Miss those times in an all girls' sch.. Ysd, after work at Siglap, veron and i decided to pay danielle a visit at T3 candy empire! Heee... so happy to see her! We just had a short dinner, plus loads of camwhoring session and a shopping spree at candy empire where danielle intro all the gd and cheap chocolates and cookies! Veron was so happy la! seeing all the chocolate and candy is like paradise to her! :P Guess being single isnt all that bad on v day! Had an awesome time with all my lovelies!
And... thank you Veron for the 2 cute and sweet messages! & thank you woman for the awesome cereal thing with mashmellow.. i dunno what that is called! :P It tastes super yummy!! Couldnt bear to eat it!>.< Lastly, a short video to wrap up everything on this special day! Btw, its a new toy push that is sold on v day! sooo cuteee! :D I'm a happy girl!!

Went to Jurong Point with my parents today since i didnt have to work today(: Cleared all the marking ysd night! whooo! Bought this box to transfer all my letters from the already exploding file... but the box is still too small for my hundreds of letters accumulated since pri sch? hahahas! Need to get another.. I was reading some of them and it brought back many funny and sweet memories in my sec sch and jc life... It suddenly struck me that i havent met up with quite a few of my ex-classmates, juniors... so i'm now trying to plan meet-ups and reunions with ppl! The little pleasures admist my working life...
p.s I think i've found my favourite pair of flats!Bought it immediately! Saw this baby/pale pink flats with lace decorated on it! Super sweet!<3 I think i've a thing for lace and ribbons.. but i dont exactly wear lacy dresses or skirts.
Hahas! Not like a boss, but like a student! Ysd, i happily woke up at 5.15am, left my house in my mj uniform! Such a special day! Apparently, the 9ths are down at sentosa preparing for their MMM so the few of the 8ths volunteered to help with morning assembly for the JC2s! I was spotter for the sch flag! Its so amusing when u get shocked stares from ur teachers seeing u in uniform! Mr Wong's expression was super funny! :D Plus curious stares from other sch teachers, wondering if they had mistaken u as the previous batch! Ahh.. the nostalgic feeling just returns.. Cant believe that i'm saying this... but i miss sch... cos its the best opportunity to bond with the fellow councillors and classmates.. now i barely have the time to meet up with them! Got a lift from one of the TAs to sentosa to see how the 9ths are coping with MMM, was surprised that the HQ had sooo many ppl... and they apparently are having quite a lot of fun.. but seeing sophia who was the 1st IC stress reminds me of how i was just last yr.. hahas! Met up with mich and weilin who had their basic theory driving test in the morning... and they did super well! Mich scored full marks!
Talking abt getting a driving licence, i really really wanna get my licence by the end of this yr! Or latest, by the end of June 2013! Just wanna to learn everything when i'm young... afterall the driving licence is a lifetime licence! Basic theory test on the 28th! Gonna study and aim for full marks!
Another topic i touched on with the TAs ysd was uni courses! Heard that As results will be out either on the 2nd or 5th march! Really really wanna get into SMU or NUS econs!! ahhhh!! Want it sooo desperately! I think i'm willing to give up my many hours of leisure during uni period to work extra hard if i can really get a place there! On the other hand, i'm considering political science, psychology and sociology... but econs will be my first choice... hope all goes well on that day!
Nth much to blog abt this wk... not exactly in the mood to blog either... cos i still feel that somethings r left unspoken.. ahh.. dunno la! *dont care* Everything is fated, and everything happens for a reason~ Shall not say anymore...dont wanna care.. but i know somehow i will..
This wk is a tiring wk! First time working 6 days in a wk!>.< i was super tired by fri, i get that same tiredness i felt when i was studying in mj... that feeling of wanting to fall asleep! I was marking quite slowly cos i wasnt able to focus! and i pop in like dunno how many fruitips to keep me awake! Hopefully my body will be able to adapt to the almost everyday marking and teaching!
But sense of accomplishment when i receive my first 2 pays! :D Cos now i'm working at 2 centres, so i receive 2 slips of cheques! Can finally see my acc in surplus! Hopefully i will earn more than i spend, need these money to fund for my shopping, driving tests and hopefully support uni education! *sudden thought abt As results* Everyone at Kumon keeps asking me when i will know my results! Stress!!!
My employers are really nice ppl! They are not demanding or bossy.. and just working 1 month, I've received small small treats for them(: On tue, one of the permanent teachers at kumon siglap, wan leng bought for us expensive deserts from paragon! But its super yummy! Photos are at the bottom! Havent ate really gd desert for a long time! Love the dark chocolate cake! Then just today, the in-charge at kumon toa payoh, Karen and her sis, Nancy treated us to old chang kee(: Went out with Joan on tue night! Ate Astons at iluma! havent seen joan for quite a while, missed the chance at the last karaoke session cos she came late... just catch-up with her and walk walk ard bugis(: Finally, tmr is the only rest day of the wk... family time(: As usual, i will end off with a video... another video of jason chen! He just uploaded on youtube! The more i watch the more i think he's cute(:
