Went back to sch today for physics SRP plus hist mass revision consultation.. my brain seems to have yet to recover from the 2h history lesson... but its worth going.. dont regret it.. but it seems that there's so much more that needs to be done before i could reach my target of getting a B for prelims! On a brighter note, I've decided to state the 3 things that made me smile today! I've decided to make an effort to think each day before i sleep abt any 3 things that put a smile on my face each day! I think these are the small and simple pleasures in life that will keep me going especially through the tough times now.
3 things that made me smile:
1. Finally getting 18/25 for a history essay! Finally, I've 1 essay that had exceeded the 11-15 mark range! Motivated me to work harder and I'm on my way in seeing an A for history!
2. Playing with kitty again today! I swear, seeing her purr seems to purr away all the troubles I have! I was playing with her with a string i found on the bench! She looks super cute when she tries to catch the string in the air!
3. My parents bought me desert today! Its a new product! They bought me i think its called strawberry soya beancurd! Super yummy! I think I'll have cravings for this healthy dessert more! :P
I was accompanying my dad to the market, an occurance that dont usually happen since we're each busy with our own set of work that needs to be completed, but its a nice feeling to spend quality time:)
We happen to pass by the florist and coincidentally saw some pink roses that were recently delivered. They're really pretty! I think seeing them made my day! Hahas! Pink roses have always been my favourite type of flower, especially those of lighter shade, similar to the ones in the photo!
I think they're the sweetest gift that one could give their close and loved ones! Similar to any flower, pink roses have their significance too! Dark pink roses are represents gratitude and appreciation, and are a traditional way to send a message of thanks. Light pink roses on the other hand are associated with gentleness and admiration. One day, I want to give pink roses to all my close friends and I think prom would be a good opportunity! hahas! Just a thought that went across my mind..

Recently been hooked on covers by Jason Chen, Megan Nicole, Clara C, David Choi and Sam Tsui. I think they're awesome singers and some of their song covers are much better than the original singers. Guess i've been blogging much less, prelims is in less than 30 days, yet i feel like i'm not pushing myself to the fullest potential i can fufil. Plus my coming to 2 weeks cough isnt making things any better, hahas, i guess i've been using that as an excuse to sleep early and slack... hahas.. but i'm getting sick of the limited food i can take.. really want to recover fully so i can get my engine started at full speed! Really really hope to get into the course i want in uni and not to disappoint my parents. Currently considering economics in SMU, political science in NUS or psychology.. havent really made up my mind.. oh wells..
