Mood: Tired, annoyed, mixed feelings Currently listening to: Glee- Silly love songs
Just came back from SIMUN reunion with Joshua and Shang Hsuen, though Sherwin and amanda were not present but its always great to keep your friends updated and in touch yea.
Joshua and i met at orchard mrt but apparently we couldnt get through Shang Hsuen and Joshua and we two ended up walking rounds and rounds around Ion Orchard till Shang Hsuen called back. Joshua was telling me how his prefectorial board operated, its quite interesting to hear how other sch's council and prefectorial board actually work, their many politics and conflicts that not only involves the leadership board but the different sch culture that each of our schools have. After hearing all these, it actually made me really appreciate what i have which is bonds of council that we not only have within ourselves but with the rest, the kind of relationship that i as an indiv have with my friends and environment i study in. For that i'm really grateful for the school culture i have.. honestly.. i 'm thankful for the many open and honest relationships i have with others here and one that is not complicated, the worse kind of relationships you can have with others are ones that seem fine on the surface but are not beneath it. But this talk with him wasnt all that serious, it can be entertaining at the same time.
Finally had lunch at burger shack, its quite entertaining to see these 2 ppl talk and their interests cos its really different from the norm. Afterall, one is from HCI while the other is from ACS (international), so do expect smth different from the way i talk in mj. hahas. But the numerous times Joshua uses the f-word seriously got on my nerves today.. its super jarring to my ears.. somehow i really wish ppl could stop using vulgarities.. sigh..i actually had a headache due to over-exposure of the f-word.. can u believe it?! In such times, i'm super glad that i've guys in council that do not use vulgarities:P
Well, thats all for now, i'm having my mind filled with many reflective thoughts. Joshua & Shang Hsuen get well soon kays.. i dont want to have another reunion seeing both of you injured:P
